When I was thinking about what kind of challenge to do for Karah’s 2-year digiversary, I thought about the product that first made me a huge Karah fan.  It’s my all-time favorite alpha…Lil Chubs! 

Lil Chubs are the cutest, most versatile, and…dare I say it?…most addictive alpha ever!  And they come in 6 different colors…red, blue, pink, brown, cream & black.

I was trying to think of a good title and that’s all I could come up wiht.  Now, I won’t be able to get that song out of my head! LOL  Anyways….  Hey all!  Brandy here bringing you today’s challenge.  To keep with the celebration theme, I did a little search on the web for a piece of art themed “celebration”.  I came up with this striking piece by Michelle Hardy titled “Sunrise Celebration”.  I love the blocking, different shapes and textures this piece embraces.

Hi Flombingo Friends!

I hope you all had a safe and really fun filled 4th of July weekend.  i know I sure did.

It’s Barb checking here today and I’m posting your challenge for this Monday.  

I’m asked a lot about what my style is and it’s always hard for me to pin it down. I like grunge, I like color, I like a lot of photos, I like bold design.  I know what isn’t my style, however, and that’s creatively using white space and keeping things to a minimum.  I try to do it now and then, however, to shake up my own creativity and see what I can come up with.  I usually don’t do a very good job, but that’s okay, it’s fun.  

Here’s one I did a few days ago trying to be as minimalist as I can possibly get, using Karah’s new Starry Eyed Surprise kit:

Your challenge today is to scrap outside of your normal style.  Go for it, let’s shake things up a bit.  And don’t forget, if you complete at least 5 of the challenges you will be put in a random drawing to receive a $50 gift card to Karah’s store!  If that doesn’t break you out of your shell, I don’t know what would.
